What to check at the viewing
Photograph what the listing leaves out: the fuse box, the water heater, the stopcocks and the cupboard under the sink. Run the taps, look for damp stains on ceilings and in corners, walk the floor for loose tiles, and try the windows and shutters, particularly close to the sea in Baix a Mar or Els Munts.

Do you travel to Torredembarra?
Yes, depending on the scope of work and our availability. We travel from Vilafranca del Penedès, so we first look at what the renovation involves and where the property is. If you have not bought yet, that first guidance is given remotely.
