A leak, a socket that has stopped working, a jammed blind, a damp patch that keeps growing. These are small jobs many firms turn down because they would rather have big ones. A.BEC takes them on: tell us what happened and we will tell you when we can come and what needs looking at.

What we repair
Leaks and blockages, dripping taps and cisterns, water heaters and supply points. Dead sockets, breakers that keep tripping, light points and old consumer units. Damp and flaking plaster, loose or cracked tiles, grout and trims. Doors that catch, blinds and fittings. If you are not sure who to call, describe the problem and we will tell you.
A fault right now
If water is coming out, close the stopcock for the flat; it is usually under the sink, in the bathroom or by the front door. If a breaker trips, leave the consumer unit off and do not force it. Once that is contained, call us and tell us what happened, which floor you are on and how long it has been going. A photo or a short video usually gives us a clear idea before we set off.
Patch it or solve it
Sometimes a quick repair is the sensible choice and sometimes it is money wasted: a pipe that has already failed three times, a consumer unit that cannot take any more load, damp that returns every winter. We tell you plainly what we are looking at, what a repair will hold and what is worth renewing, with what each route would cost. The choice is yours.

Questions about this service
Will you come out for a small fault, or do you only do full renovations?
We come out for small jobs too. A dripping tap, a dead socket or a few loose tiles are everyday work for us. Tell us what you need and we will say when we can come.
What time can I call you?
Every day from 8 am to 10 pm, weekends included. If something breaks during the night, close the stopcock or switch off the breaker and call us from 8 am: night-time emergencies are the first thing we deal with in the morning.
I have a water leak right now. What should I do?
Close the stopcock for the flat first and, if the water is near sockets or lights, switch off the relevant breaker as well. With the leak contained, call us on +34 649 165 320 and tell us where the water is coming from and how long it has been going.
Do you repair installations you did not fit yourselves?
Yes. Most of the repairs we do are on installations that were already there. We look at what you have and tell you what can be fixed and what is worth replacing.
Which areas do you cover for repairs?
Our whole service area: Penedès and Garraf, and also Baix Llobregat, Barcelona, Vallès Occidental, Anoia and the Camp de Tarragona area. Tell us where you are and we will confirm when we call.
