Who handles your data
The data controller is Abel Ramón Becerro Díaz, Spanish tax number 47747235V, of Rambla de Nostra Senyora, 1, 1r, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), trading as A.BEC Reformes Integrals. The project form
When you continue in the form, we save your name, phone number, town and type of renovation, together with any email address and details you choose to add in a private register hosted by Cloudflare. We use them to respond to your request and prepare the quote you ask for, not to send advertising. Receipt is only confirmed once the server has saved the enquiry. Selecting “Continue to WhatsApp” opens the conversation with a draft while the enquiry is saved. You decide whether to send the message. You can also prepare an email from the form. Free text from the form is not sent to Google Analytics. When you switch language, the draft is stored temporarily in this tab, expires after two minutes and is restored once in the chosen language, without putting personal details in the URL.
External services
WhatsApp and your email provider handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. These services are only accessed when you follow their links; this website does not embed their widgets.
Cookies and analytics
Measurement cookies are only set if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. They tell us which pages are useful so we can improve the site; they are not used for advertising and are not passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Measurement is carried out by Google Analytics, which stores an identifier in your browser for up to two years and may process the data outside the European Union. If you refuse, or close the notice without answering, none are set. Images and fonts are served from this site.
Your enquiries and information
We process your enquiry to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. We retain the details while handling the enquiry and for any applicable legal retention periods. To access, correct or request deletion of your information, email the contact address and identify the enquiry. To prevent abuse, the server temporarily uses a cryptographic digest of the IP address without storing the original IP in this register. Please avoid including sensitive personal documents in your first message.
