You gain it by trimming the hallway, replacing clashing doors with sliding ones and building in cupboards and overhead storage. What is possible in your flat depends on columns, soil stacks, plumbing and electrics, so we start by measuring.
Is it better to have three small bedrooms or two larger ones?
It depends on who lives in the flat. With children, or someone working from home, a tight third room may still be needed; a couple usually gets more from two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. We draw it with your measurements so you can choose.
