What we can do for your home
All fourteen municipalities, from the beach to El Montmell
We work in the three coastal towns, Cunit, Calafell and El Vendrell, and the eleven inland municipalities: Albinyana, L’Arboç, Banyeres del Penedès, Bellvei, La Bisbal del Penedès, Bonastre, Llorenç del Penedès, Masllorenç, El Montmell, Sant Jaume dels Domenys and Santa Oliva. Nearly all have residential estates (urbanitzacions): if your house is on one, tell us which.
What a summer house usually lacks
In El Montmell or Bonastre, many second homes are now lived in all year. Wiring designed for a few lights and a fridge will not cope with a hob, washing machine, heating and working from home. The same goes for a small water heater, a bare-bones kitchen and no storage or laundry space. If the walls feel cold in winter, we look at dry lining and different flooring during the visit.
Before you move in, or with the house already lived in
If you have not moved yet, it is easiest to get the messy work done first: chasing walls, electrics, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen. If you already live there, we organise the work by area so that, as far as possible, you are not without hot water and a kitchen at once. Check the paperwork for building work with the town council where the house is.

Do you work across the whole of Baix Penedès?
Yes. We take on renovations in all fourteen municipalities, the three on the coast and the eleven inland. We travel from Vilafranca del Penedès; tell us where the house is and what you want to change, and we will arrange a visit.
What needs changing to live all year round in a holiday home?
Usually the electrics and plumbing first, because they were sized for occasional use. After that, typically a kitchen with more room to cook and store things, a laundry area and wardrobes. If the house is cold, we look at dry lining and different flooring during the visit.
